More and more people around the world are faced with the problem of overweight, and Russia is no exception in this regard.

Many people who have pushed themselves into chronic obesity tend to blame themselves on alleged bad genetics or an inability to force themselves to diet.

However, Novosibirsk endocrinologist Olesya Shabelnika sees another underlying cause of obesity.

According to the doctor, extra pounds are most often added due to a sedentary lifestyle.

A person who lives actively, goes to the gym and takes care of himself can eat normally without following a strict diet.

Among other things, the specialist notes that the usual diet should not include overeating. You should get up from the table with a slight feeling of hunger.
