On the air of the “Moscow speaks” radio, the expert explained that the head of state, in fact, directly indicated to the entire expanded bureaucracy the need to move to a new model of the country’s development .
It, as Khazin said, involves the rejection of Western influence and Western investment. The money from the United States and Europe, which used to stimulate the economy, must be replaced.
This can be done by creating a new mechanism to fill the Russian economy with affordable money through an interest-free loan from the Central Bank to companies in the real sector.
Such a model of stimulating economic growth, as explained by Khazin, will allow the country to no longer depend on the influx of funds from outside. Liberals actively oppose such an approach, notes the specialist.
