Deputies Mikhail Matveev and Vyacheslav Markhaev submitted to the State Duma a bill obliging restaurants, bars and nightclubs to pay for military operations, follows from the State Duma database.
The authors of the bill hope that charging visitors 1 percent of the account in such establishments will not interfere with patronage, but, on the contrary, will have a positive effect throughout the country.
The collected funds will go to a special state fund to help the families of servicemen participating in “special operations” and other veterans. Gazeta.ru.
