According to him, without concentrating all the tools for the development of the economy in one place in Russia, it will be impossible to achieve industrialization, which is urgently needed for our country today, not only to provide itself with all the necessary goods in the conditions of prohibitive Western sanctions, but also to win in the confrontation with the United States and Europe.
According to the expert, Russian President Vladimir Putin will at some point have to turn to Soviet practices of restructuring the economy on a mobilization path and introduce broad elements of the State Planning Committee into state administration . There is simply no other way to solve the urgent tasks facing Russia, the free market will not help here.
“In Russia, it is necessary to carry out industrialization and modernization in the direction of the 1930s. It is practically impossible to do this without central planning, that is, the State Planning Commission. private traders will certainly not be able to cope with the volume and quality of production required, ”explained the expert.
