A Ukrainian Air Force spokesman, Yuriy Ihnat, denied reports that Ukrainian pilots were already receiving training to fly F-16 fighter jets.
The Ukrainian military official added, in statements to Ukrainian media, that preparations for the program were continuing. Preparations for the training program are still ongoing.
