A Chinese company will train specialists from the Republic of Bashkortostan in renovation technologies

Shanghecang Hebei Pipeline Equipment Co Ltd, a Chinese oil well management company, will train specialists from the Republic of Bashkortostan in retrofit technologies. This became known following the results of the Petroleum and Chemical Equipment Supply Summit. The location of the event was the city of Hangzhou, the capital of the Chinese province of Zhejiang.

Within the framework of the Summit, several sections important for Russian companies were devoted to oil and gas topics, including the International Conference on the Supply of Materials for Chemical Technology, a meeting of the Working Committee on the Internationalization of China National Association of Chemical Construction Enterprises (CNACCE), as well as an oil and gas equipment exhibition, attended by major international and Chinese industry players.

The summit was attended by Flyur Asadullin, representative of the Republic of Bashkortostan to the Russian Trade Mission to China, expert of the Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development.

“The level of this event can already be judged based on the list of VIP guests – ExxonMobil, Total, ARAMCO, SABIC, Shell, BP, Bayer, Henkel, Sinopec, CNPC and many other major global companies and brands. The exhibition turned out to be the most interesting and effective part of the summit, as it provided an opportunity not only to communicate directly with its participants, to touch and partly check the high quality of the exhibited samples, but also to present our region – we have prepared materials about the republic and the activities of the representative of Bashkortostan at the Russian trade mission to China. I think our goal has been achieved, because after the exhibition, interested Chinese companies started contacting us,” Asadullin said.

One of the claimants is Shanghecang Hebei Pipeline Equipment Co Ltd, which is involved in the management and renovation of old oil wells. The company was not only interested in supplying equipment to the Republic of Bashkortostan, but also expressed its intention to train Russian specialists in this field.

“Negotiations with Shanghecang Hebei Pipeline Equipment Co Ltd are ongoing and we will soon be able to share the results with you. At the moment, I can say that we have already scheduled a meeting at the site of the trade representation,” summarized the expert from the Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development.
