I highly appreciate the important contribution you have made as the head of the Russian part of the Committee. Your exceptional leadership qualities, rich experience and charisma inspire me and every member of the Chinese part of our organization with deep respect. This year, the Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development celebrates its 25th anniversary, and in 2023 the Committee will hold its XIV plenary meeting. These two important events will become not only a significant milestone in the history of Russian-Chinese friendship, but also a new starting point for Russian-Chinese relations in general. I deeply believe that under the strategic leadership of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as the joint efforts of both sides of the Committee, our work will become even more fruitful.
