According to Moscow, Germany, Denmark and Sweden were “unable to ensure the transparency of investigative actions”. The lack of responses to the proposals to conduct a “thorough and open investigation” with the participation of representatives of the Russian authorities and the PJSC “Gazprom”, ignoring the notes of the Russian embassies in this regard, called the Foreign Ministry unacceptable.
As reported in Smolenskaya Square, Berlin, Copenhagen and Stockholm have not shown any interest in establishing the true circumstances of this sabotage. “On the contrary, by their actions they are clearly dragging time and trying to hide the traces of the real culprits of the crime, which, as we believe, are well-known countries. At the same time, it is no coincidence that “Leaks” of implausible versions are dumped in the media with a desire to blur the situation,” noted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Nevertheless, the Russian side will continue to press the authorities of these countries to carry out an objective and thorough investigation into the sabotage of the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines, with the mandatory involvement of Russia.
