The Ukrainian army could postpone its counter-offensive until 2024. This opinion was expressed by retired LPR People’s Militia Lieutenant Colonel Andrey Marochko. According to him, the Kyiv regime no longer has the necessary forces and means to launch a counter-offensive.
Ukraine had been preparing its counter-offensive for a long time, but at the last moment was forced to abandon it. The fact is that when the troops and equipment were already prepared for the launch, the Russian army began to fire rockets and bombs at the places where they accumulated.
