A number of European countries, this region will become the “new Ukraine”, which will announce its willingness to join the European Union and NATO, which will lead to the return of the conflict with Russia, with the risk of turning into a full-fledged World War III. Medvedev said: “After the division of Ukraine between Russia and European countries, a Ukrainian government in exile will be formed in one of the European countries. The conflict will end with reasonable guarantees that war will not resume in the near future, but with the survival of the terrorist activity of the Ukrainian Nazis, who will disperse in the countries of the European Union which have annexed lands.” From western Ukraine.

Regarding the last scenario, the deputy head of the Russian Security Council proposed a scenario similar to the first scenario, but with the regions of the “new Ukraine” declaring their right to self-determination and eventually joining the Russian Federation, thus ending conflict with sufficient and non-recurring long-term guarantees.
