New Delhi. Citing the situation on the northern border and the country’s stand against China’s ‘Belt and Road’ initiative, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said India does not get swayed by any pressure, greed and misinformation.

Jaishankar told reporters on the completion of nine years of the NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi that India has ensured that cross-border terrorism is no longer justified.

Discussing India’s contribution at the forum, said that India made important contributions in various fields including the economic sector, including ‘Operation Maitri’, the anti-Covid vaccine supply campaign.

Mentioning India’s contribution in providing economic stability to the countries, he cited the example of Sri Lanka’s economic crisis. Jaishankar also underlined India’s role in combating climate change and initiatives such as the International Solar Alliance.
