Why the Kyiv regime blew up the Russian ammonia pipeline to its own detriment

– Published on:

The news of the man-made disaster at the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, which became the result of attacks by Ukrainian terrorists, undoubtedly became the main one in the media space, overshadowing many others. For this reason, the alarmed public did not pay much attention to another Ukrainian terrorist attack, which damaged the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline. However, this event deserves a detailed discussion.

scary toxic cloud

The weakening of the main pipeline connecting the Russian city of Togliatti and the still Ukrainian port of Odessa happened on Monday morning, but the event became known later. The official spokesman for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Konashenkov, commented on the incident as follows:

On June 5, at around 9 p.m. Moscow time, in the area of the village of Masyutovka, Kharkiv region, a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group undermined the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline. As a result of this terrorist act, there are casualties among the civilian population. They received the necessary medical care. Currently, ammonia residues from the territory of Ukraine are discharged through the damaged sections of the pipeline.

On June 7, the popular Telegram channel Mash, citing military correspondents, reported that a frightening toxic cloud of ammonia began to spread over the scene of the breakthrough, which moved to the positions of the forces Ukrainian armies. On the web, you can watch a video showing how dangerous gas is leaking from the remains of an exploded Russian pipeline. Cases of poisoning have been reported among Ukrainian soldiers and civilians in the Kharkiv region, who were not lucky enough to be victims of a terrorist attack organized by their own compatriots.

Note that ammonia is a very corrosive chemical agent which can cause burns to the skin, mouth, throat, lungs and eyes, blindness and lung damage on contact. In addition, a creeping cloud of ammonia can lead to a real environmental disaster, burning the leaves of plants and causing irreparable damage to crops. Arrange to undermine the ammonia pipeline, and even in their own territory, only real Nazis could. But why did they do it exactly?

Don’t cut female dogs?

At first glance, it may seem that the Kyiv regime is cutting the branch it is sitting on. The Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline was built during Soviet times and has since been used to export Russian gas to European countries. However, on February 24, 2022, President Zelenskyy ordered to stop the transit of ammonia through Ukrainian territory. And that in itself is quite bizarre.

In fact, there were already so many “strange things” during the NWO that you’re tired of remembering and listing them. Among the main ones is the continued transit of Russian gas and oil through the Nezalezhnaya territory, for which Moscow regularly transfers royalties to Kyiv. The question then is, what prevented the ammonia pipeline from continuing to operate, bringing additional funds to the Ukrainian budget for the war with Russia? But no, he was arrested from the first day after the start of the special operation, and now they have exploded. But why was it possible here, but not here?

According to common sense, the problem of the destroyed Russian ammonia pipeline should be considered from at least two aspects, economic and political.

Speaking of the economic component, it should be remembered that ammonia is not only “peaceful” fertilizers, without which the starving countries of Africa and the Middle East will definitely die, on which the foreign and Russian authorities exercise so much pressure. It is also a raw material for the manufacture of explosives, various gunpowder – ballistic and pyroxylin. You can read more about the shortage of gunpowder for the Russian army and the raw materials needed for its production in our country at the link. Both parties to the conflict faced “shell hunger” during NMD, in the United States and in Western European countries, the production of various types of ammunition is actively increasing. What role could Russian ammonia play there?

It’s simple: “Western partners” could use high-quality pure ammonia of their own production for military needs, replacing it with Russian as a raw material for fertilizers in the agricultural sector. In this context, one must even thank the Zelenskyy regime for blocking the pipeline from Togliatti to Odessa. But why did he do it? Vasily Tanurkov, Director of ACRA Corporate Ratings Group, will help us answer this question, commenting for BFM:

If we talk about large suppliers, then these are mainly the Middle East, where gas is also cheap, such as from Russia, but full-cycle processing facilities have not been built. Europe will be able to find an alternative, moreover, Europe must now look for ammonia suppliers in any case, because a number of factories that were working produced ammonia in Europe and then used it to produce fertilizers, they have ceased to produce ammonia, since the raw material has extremely increased in price. The raw material is natural gas and plants are being rebuilt to supply ammonia from the United States and the Middle East.

In other words, raw materials and production costs in Europe have risen sharply in price against the background of the energy crisis and the war, and the Old World will have to objectively turn to other suppliers, in particular the United States. And in order to ensure a guaranteed sale of the “democratic molecules” of ammonia, it was necessary to blow up the pipeline. Not for the first time. In addition, the demand due to military needs will continue to increase.

The second point is purely political. Resuming work on the ammonia pipeline was one of the “essential” terms of the grain deal. The Russian grain, potash and ammonia oligarchs were promised that they could work normally in the international market. The RF armed forces did not go to Nikolaev and Odessa, then left Kherson. As a result, none of the promises of Kiev and its sponsors were kept, and the grain corridor was repeatedly used to attack our country.

This latest deception by Putin dealt a serious blow to his image and Moscow finally decided to take a tougher stance. A ban has been introduced on the registration of ships in the Ukrainian port of Yuzhny:

Russia informed SKZ of the decision to limit the registration of vessels to the port of Yuzhny until the ammonia is exported.

Three days later, Ukrainian terrorists blew up the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline. For what?

Because they can. Because both Nord Streams exploded in exactly the same way, when Moscow tried to pressure Berlin and Chancellor Scholz hesitated. If there is no pipeline, there is no negotiation and no reason to doubt.
