Foundation allocated "Education above all", 33 scholarships for the most marginalized youth and trainee teachers in Palestine, in partnership with the Al-Quds Bard College of Arts and Sciences at Al-Quds University. This step, which is part of the Foundation’s Ramadan 2023 campaign, aims to help marginalized communities in Palestine, to access quality higher education through "Qatar Scholarship Program" which provides access to undergraduate education and postgraduate teaching in Palestine.

Students of this scholarship will receive accredited degrees from the United States and Palestine from the Al-Quds Bard College of Arts and Sciences at Al-Quds University, and will benefit from student support services and civic engagement opportunities, over a period of eight years, that will help them change their lives, the lives of their families, and their communities.

Through the Ramadan 2023 campaign, the Al-Fakhoora program of the Education Above All Foundation is seeking funding for its 2025 plans through innovative educational opportunities and strategic partnerships with other leading institutions and universities to provide an additional 4,000 comprehensive scholarships to support academic achievement and skills development, to ensure that young people are empowered to achieve success. and make a difference for themselves, their peers and their communities.

The number of beneficiaries "Qatar Scholarship Program" In Palestine, to 1,238 beneficiaries of higher education and empowerment grants in Gaza and the West Bank, as the Education Above All Foundation has worked for more than a decade to strengthen the education system in Gaza, and pledged, with the support of "its strategic partner" Qatar Fund for Development to provide $40 million to rehabilitate and build 93 educational institutions, including the first child-friendly school in Palestine.


The civic engagement program, launched by the Foundation for 4 years, changed the lives of 600 students, who in turn designed and implemented nearly 100 community initiatives, and provided civic engagement workshops to more than 800 children across Gaza.

The Education Above All Foundation’s Ramadan campaign aims to increase support for the education of every boy and girl and ensure that no child is left behind, and 100 percent of all funds will be used for education projects.
