CNN recently got an exclusive insight into a futuristic passenger plane being developed by California-based company Exosonic.

Their jet plane in the basic version has the ability to accommodate up to 70 passengers, but when it was revised in presidential, capacity would be reduced to only 31st By doing so could fully assume the role of a presidential Boeing aircraft, which US President can translate a large escort, journalist teams and associates, would already be used occasionally when the need arises. It would also occasionally be used as Air Force Two, the official plane of the U.S. vice president.

The “Exosonic” plane has an elongated profile and is designed as a supersonic, with a top speed of up to Mach 1.8 (2,222 km / h). Due to its unique shape, it should produce relatively low noise when breaking through a sound barrier, which means that the shock wave would not significantly disrupt life on the ground in the event that pilots choose to break through a sound barrier over a populated area.

The manufacturer states that the range of such an aircraft would be around 5,000 nautical miles (9,260 kilometres). All of this interested the U.S. Air Force, which is now working with this startup to really integrate this aircraft into the presidential fleet one day.
