Palestinian peace activists have been arrested in the Gaza Strip after videoconferencing with Israelis on issues such as combating the corona pandemic. A statement from the Gaza Ministry of Interior, led by radical Islamic Hamas, said: “Building any activity or communication with the Israeli occupation under any cover is a crime that is criminal by law and a fraud against our people and their victims. ” The number of people arrested was not known.

According to his family, the main organizer Rami Aman received a summons from the Hamas security service on Thursday morning. The family has not heard from him since. The Palestinian and Israeli peace activists had exchanged ideas the previous week. Israeli participants released a recording on the Internet.
