The head of the Ministry of Construction, Irek Fayzullin, said during a speech at the Yasinsky International Scientific Conference that the department considers it very alarming that in more than 600 Russian cities there is practically no housing construction.

“More than 600 cities in our country out of 1117 have almost zero volume of housing commissioning. This is a very serious problem, they also need housing,” Fayzullin said, pointing out that it is almost impossible to solve this problem using one of the financial means. instruments available today.

Underlining the seriousness of the problem he indicated, the Minister said that if it is not solved, the cities that are not updated will simply be lost by the country.
