Human Rights Watch accuses Russia of war crimes

Human Rights Watch has accused Russia of committing a “war crime” in a rocket attack that killed around 60 civilians at a train station in eastern Ukraine.
The attack on Kramatorsk railway station in April last year was one of the largest in terms of civilian casualties since the Russian invasion of Ukraine began on February 24 last year .
Russia denies responsibility.
“Available evidence strongly indicates that the rocket that killed and injured civilians at Kramatorsk train station was launched from Russian-held territory in eastern Ukraine,” the US-based advocacy group said. United in a joint relationship with the visual survey organization SITU Research. .
“This attack was a violation of the laws of war and a clear war crime,” Human Rights Watch said after its team traveled to Kramatorsk and reviewed relevant photographs, video, and satellite imagery.
