The official spokesman for the Iftaa Department in Jordan, Dr. Hassan Abu Arqoub, revealed that the majority of the 262 divorce cases in Jordan occur in the first week of the holy month of Ramadan. "Revocable divorce".

Regarding the motives for divorce, he explained that they are not known, stressing that the statistics will be known after the blessed month of Ramadan, due to work congestion and reduced hours.

And Abu Arqoub indicated that the total fatwas received by the department during the first week of Ramadan amounted to 11,273 fatwas, which were represented in acts of worship such as prayer, fasting, zakat, and financial transactions.

He advised citizens to avoid anger and solve problems through understanding and dialogue, calling for patience, seeking reward and anticipation of exacerbating matters that may lead to divorce.
