Lucknow: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Friday paid tribute to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar at his statue at the party office in Lucknow on his 132nd birth anniversary.
In a series of tweets, Mayawati said, “Hundreds of salutes to the most revered Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar on his birth anniversary today.” His life struggle has become a ray of hope for crores of poor, laborers, deprived and other toiling people even today.
He said, “The Bahujan Samaj Party in the country was founded on 14 April 1984, inspired by Ambedkar, to further the cause of his self-respect and self-respect and to unite people divided on the basis of caste.” Especially Uttar Pradesh has become an example of social change and economic emancipation. Despite the setbacks, the people associated with the party stood in the field with full strength and dedication with body, mind and money, for which we thank all of them from the bottom of our hearts.
