1- Flexible working hours The official working hours are from nine o’clock in the morning until two o’clock in the afternoon, and the head of the unit may determine the hours of attendance and departure that suit the work of the unit in light of the scheduled working hours according to the following times: A – From seven o’clock in the morning until twelve o’clock in the afternoon. b – From eight in the morning until one in the afternoon. C – From nine in the morning until two in the afternoon. D – From ten in the morning until three in the afternoon. 2- Remote work for the head of the unit The application of remote work for the occupants of jobs whose nature allows for that, and without prejudice to the workflow in that unit. In all cases, the number of employees who are required to attend their workplaces may not be less than (60%) of the total employees of the unit.

Second: Private sector establishments Reducing working hours for Muslim workers in private sector establishments to be (6) hours per day, not exceeding (30) hours per week.
