“Spartak” with nine men retained the victory over “Torpedo”

The Red and Whites missed two penalties in the first half.

Moscow “Torpedo” in the home game of the championship of Russia on football lost to the capital “Spartak” – 1:2.

Keita Balde (18) and Roman Zobnin (45+1 pen.) excelled in the red and white teams, Ilya Stefanovich (90+2) in the car factory.

As part of Spartak, Ruslan Litvinov (68) and Christopher Martins (89) received red cards.

In the 2nd minute stoppage of the first half, Torpedo head coach Josep Clotet received a red card for offensive and indecent gestures towards the referee.

In the first half, Spartak missed a penalty twice: Balde hit the crossbar in the 15th minute, Litvinov’s kick in the 40th was parried by Torpedo goalkeeper Egor Baburin.


Spartak returned to 3rd place with 45 points. “Torpedo” (13) remains in 16th row.
