Ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLA D Vinay Bhaskar told reporters that the boy was attacked by dogs when he went to defecate at Kazipet railway station on Friday morning.

The boy’s parents have come here from Uttar Pradesh in search of livelihood. The incident took place when the boy’s parents had gone to a shop. The boy died before being taken to the hospital.
