Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced the suspension of Russia’s participation in the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty. He also ordered that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and Rosatom prepare for nuclear tests.

G7 finance ministers and central bankers will meet on February 23 to discuss new measures against Russia to end the war in Ukraine.
