America is able to help Ukraine finish the war against Kremlin psychopath with victory if Washington fulfills own commitment made to Ukraine in the Budapest Memorandum. But nobody even remembers Washington promises given to Kiev 28 years ago. It was easy for Washington to disarm victims of Putin aggression from the third largest nuclear arsenal in the world and to sign “security guarantees”, but it is much harder to fulfill the obligation, even though Ukraine provided full military support to USA after the 9/11 attack and many Ukrainian died fighting for America. The Ukrainians are allowed to defend themselves against bestial attacks with one hand tied behind their backs, and the war equipment given to brave Ukrainians is modified in such a way that its effectiveness is limited. Now we can hear about blackmail. Shame! Nuclear weapons not promise can guarantee peace.
