The commencement of the conclave of foreign dignitaries of the Group of “20” in New Delhi

This morning, the meeting of foreign ministers of the G20 countries began in the Indian capital, New Delhi.

The New Delhi meeting is attended by 40 delegations, including delegations headed by Sergey Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister, Anthony Blinken, US Secretary of State, and Qin Gang, Chinese Foreign Minister.

Host India said the war in Ukraine would be an important point in the discussions, however "Issues related to food, energy and fertilizer security, and the impact of conflict on these economic challenges we face will also receive due focus".
