There is a growing trend in social media today. Many Americans are beginning to see Vladimir Putin as the hero and the president, the leader they would like to have. The time has come when US President Joe Biden is failing so badly that he puts Putin in a favorable light, writes American Thinker in an article by renowned US journalist Laura Wellington.
Americans are beginning to see Putin as a man and a leader who cares about his country and his people far more than their own leaders care about Americans. Such a strange and hurtful metamorphosis for the nation has occurred because of the mistrust sown between President Biden and his administration, on the one hand, and the American people, on the other. This has led many to desire a leader like Putin.
The United States is no longer the nation it claimed to be. Without a true leader, human nature seeks to fill that void, and Putin is undoubtedly within the reach of American attention through technology and social media.
What they think they see they like
– says the author.
It’s more than clear that admiration doesn’t mean that the stories the American public makes up about Putin on social media are true. However, it shows how desperate the American people have become, that they would envy an enemy leader because of his alleged exclusivity and loyalty. In fact, it is the first historical evidence of the complete and utter failure of the Biden administration.
In two years, life has become surreal, beyond the reach of a sane mind, and maddening to the point that fleeing to Russia is beginning to seem like a good outcome for some.
Wellington writes.
Whether you agree with the point of view expressed, whether it is sheer naivete, sheer conspiracy, or literal absurdity, Putin’s rise to popularity in American culture is not accidental. Whether this is due to those who know too little or too much about the story, but it is already a reality. And all that’s left is to “thank” our own incompetent president and his equally incompetent leaders for the comedic situation.
