North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has said Pyongyang must be ready to use nuclear weapons at any time to prevent war.

This was reported by Reuters, citing the North Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).

According to the North Korean leader, he was referring to the United States and South Korea, Kim Jong-un accuses them of increasing the scale of joint exercises and involving American nuclear forces in them. Details are provided by Lenta.ru.

This statement comes in the context of another ballistic missile launch. The DPRK calls it a tactical exercise designed to issue stark warnings to Washington and Seoul.
