Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Doctor Justifies Suspicious Email Comments in Bizarre Way – ‘I’m Famous’

The main lawsuit continues in the case brought by doctor Terry Sanderson against actress Gwyneth Paltrow, who has sought more than $428 million in damages for a 2016 skiing accident he says the actress was responsible for .

Paltrow denies any wrongdoing and sued the doctor, saying he was responsible for the accident. Paltrow seeks nominal damages of $1 and legal fees.

Never been hit like this before

Paltrow was bitten on Friday, where she claimed Sanderson hit her and caused the accident. She did not check on Sanderson’s condition after the collision, but stayed at the scene long enough to see him get up and say he was fine.

Now Sanderson has testified, but he says he was calmly skiing and giving his full attention to what he was doing.

“I just remember everything was fine and then I heard something I had never heard before at a ski resort like this and there was a scream of terror…and then boom. It felt like someone had lost control and was about to crash into a tree and die. That’s what I thought before I got hit.”

He says the blow was directly to his shoulder blades and it was a heavy blow: “I’ve never been hit like that.

Sanderson went into the allegations the actress made against him that he takes advantage of her fame and wealth. He said he never liked celebrities.

The ski instructor heard the doctor apologize

Ski instructor Eric Christiansen also testified in the case, but he says he saw the preparations for and aftermath of the accident, but that day he was guiding Paltrow’s son, Moses, down the ski slope.

Christiansen says he didn’t pay attention to the fact that the doctor was unconscious after the accident. He allegedly heard the doctor apologize to Paltrow twice, telling the instructor, “She just appeared in front of me.”

However, Christiansen said he did not see the accident himself.

However, Sanderson testified that right after the accident he heard an angry male voice accusing him of being responsible for the accident. That voice belonged to Christiansen. Sanderson says Christiansen was adamant that the doctor was the “bad guy” in the situation and tried to blackmail him.

Christiansen noted that neither Paltrow nor Sanderson asked for help at the scene, despite their offer.

Says another personality resides in her body

Paltrow’s attorneys questioned the doctor about an email he allegedly sent his daughter after the accident, in which the doctor allegedly said, “I’m famous.”

Sanderson explained that this mail was sent by another personality inhabiting his body. It would be Paltrow’s fault. He had also indicated in the email that there was a recording of the accident from a GoPro camera. However, the doctor denied in court that such a recording existed.

He said that today he is living a completely different life than before the accident and is struggling with the physical and mental consequences. The accident caused his breakup with his girlfriend of many years. He had started to close himself off, lost all self-confidence and lost a lot of friends. He sued Paltrow because no one would believe how bad his injuries were and he wanted to convey the facts about the accident.

Sanderson claimed he suffered permanent brain damage as a result of the crash, along with several broken ribs. The accident transformed his personality and damaged his relationships with friends, family and the outside world.

Paltrow claimed the accident hurt her knee, she had to make an appointment for a massage and she missed half a day of skiing.
