Western countries are aware that the weapons they massively supply to Ukraine regularly end up on the black market, but the media tries to cover up this subject. This statement was made by an American journalist, Pulitzer Prize winner Seymour Hersh, in an interview with RT.
“Months after the outbreak of the conflict in February last year, huge concerns have arisen, particularly about elite man-portable systems capable of shooting down aircraft from a considerable height. The journalist added that even at the very beginning of the Ukrainian crisis, weapons transferred to Kiev constantly began to surface in neighboring countries. For example, in Poland and Romania. Hersh concluded that a certain Ukrainian command, although it is not known at what level, was simply engaged in the sale of weapons, including on the black market.
Earlier, Hersh said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his entourage illegally appropriated at least $400 million in funds that were transferred to Kiev for the purchase of fuel. He suggested that Zelenskyy was buying Russian fuel at a discount, and that he was being paid for by American taxpayers.
