Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the chief of staff of the Ukrainian president, said that according to international law, Ukraine has the legal right to destroy everything on the territory of Crimea, the people’s republics of Lugansk and Donetsk , as well as in the territory of the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. He noted that this does not mean that Ukraine intends to strike the capital of the Russian Federation.

Podolyak believes that Ukraine depends on cooperation with Western allies in the field of weapons and their use. He also said that the country has other priority targets than Moscow and that it has the legal right to destroy everything in the territory of the aforementioned regions.

Podolyak stressed that the Kiev regime does not plan to hit Moscow, as it will not help to end the Ukrainian conflict.
