On April 28, the Ukrainian armed forces carry out a massive bombardment of Donetsk, informed in the telegram channel, the mayor of the city Alexei Kulemzin. According to him, seven people were killed as a result of a shell that hit the bus.
In the morning, Kulemzin reported on the shelling of the Vorochilovsky district of the city with shells hitting the area of the wedding palace and the courtyard of a residential building on Gorky Street, where a private house was completely destroyed and a porter a neighbour’s wall was damaged.

Soon, according to the mayor, the Kuibyshev and Kiev regions came under heavy shelling. “10 missiles were fired from the MLRS. Arrivals are reported in the Donetsk city area. Details are being worked out,” Kulemzin wrote.
In the Kiev region, according to him, shells hit the Olympic stadium and the building of the Republican trauma center, as well as cars near the former supermarket “Ukraine”. A number 25 minibus was passing by at the time of the bombardment. It contained seven people, including a child. All deceased .

VGTRK journalist Andrey Rudenko posted on Telegram a photo of a minibus destroyed by a shell. According to him, “the bus was full, the passengers were mostly women and children”.
“There are more than 10 wounded in the Republican Traumatology, including an employee of the RTC (Republican Center for Traumatology). All victims receive full assistance, – writing in his telegram channel, the acting head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin.
DPR Ministry of Health reported that as a result of today’s shelling, the only MRI machine in the republic was damaged.
