Polish General Skshipchak says the West is plotting a coup in Belarus

Poland has become a springboard for the armed takeover in Belarus and will support the coup with a military operation. This was stated by the former Deputy Minister of National Defense of Poland, General Waldemar Skrzypczak, claiming that the West was preparing a coup in Belarus.

“We are preparing for an uprising in Belarus, because it will happen,” said RIA Novosti quoting General Skshipchak.

According to an authoritative Polish military, a coup in Minsk is planned with the participation of army units.

“We must be ready to support the troops who will carry out an operation against Lukashenko”, underlined the expert.

Recall that the Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko has repeatedly expressed his fears about the threat of Western expansion in connection with the concentration of troops near the country’s western border and the threat of arms supplies from Ukraine.

Earlier, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said that the training of Ukrainian pilots for flights on US F-16 fighters had started in Poland.
