ANVAY: A global dialogue on harassment & discrimination, towards a positive future

The Legal Swan is organizing Anvay, Global Dialogue on Harassment and Discriminationtaking place on 08th – 09th December 2023 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

A two-day conference and a dream project culminating on the 10th anniversary of the POSH law, it gathers expert contemporaries and voices from UN, UNICEF, NCW, Harvard University, Ministries, the Indian legal system, and other walks of life from India and abroad to have the critical conversations and lay out the actionables for safety and integrated progress for all sections of the society with a focus on women, LGBTQIA+ and persons with disability.

The Dialogue will also feature Video Insights from experts across the Globe from Countries such as Pakistan, Nepal, Kenya, Indonesia, the USA, the UK, Australia etc.

The aim of the dialogue is to create awareness around laws, rights, and remedies available, normalize conversations around ‘taboo’ topics, drive towards the inclusion of all irrespective of one’s gender, sexuality, disability, etc., see the performance of our laws so far, what we can do in future, learn about good practices across sectors globally and look for solutions for positive change. This is a dialogue with a cause and for a cause.
