The administration said that the message about the fire on the territory of the tank farm on Industrialnaya Street was received at 02:15 local time. By 3 a.m. the fire was extinguished. Oil tanks are unaffected, there is no oil spill and there are no casualties, the report said.

As a result, the canteen’s heat supply system was damaged, and after the explosion there remained two funnels one and a half meters deep. Shooting informed that the drones exploded a hundred meters from the oil storage.
