Employees of the PPK branch “Roskadastr” in the Tula region scanned more than 464,000 cadastral files

At the moment, paper documents stored in the archive of the PPK branch “Roskadastr” in the Tula region are being converted into electronic format.

As of March 1, 2023, branch employees have digitized over 464,000 cadastral files. In addition, over 53,000 title deed cases have now been digitized. The transfer of paper documents into electronic form is carried out in order to constitute an electronic fund of registry files.

“The documents stored in the branch archive contain the history of real estate objects, including their formation, the end of their existence or changes in the main characteristics. Digitization of archives will optimize accounting and registration procedures and the provision of information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN),” said Svetlana Vasyunina, director of the Roskadastr branch in the region. from Tula.

It should be noted that work on the transfer of title deed files in electronic form has been carried out by the branch since April 1, 2022.

The digitization of archive documents is carried out as part of the implementation of the National Spatial Data System.

Also, citizens can submit a request for information contained in the USRN in the form of a copy of the document. Owners can contact the MFC office and submit a request for the requested documents in the prescribed form. You can also get them in electronic form through the “Personal account” of the official website of Rosreestr or the portal of state services.
