Russia considers the internal affairs of the United States the riots that took place there, provoked by the death of an African American after being detained by police. This, as RIA Novosti reports, said Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the President of the Russian Federation.

“We, of course, are very closely watching what is happening in the USA. But what happens there is an internal affair of this country, we have never interfered in American affairs and are not going to intervene now,” Peskov said.

For its part, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, called the allegations that the Russian Federation was involved in the unrest in the United States the baseless manipulation of information that is conducted using dirty methods.

She recalled that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the entire team of former US President Barack Obama “convinced themselves and tried to convince the whole world that the US’s internal problems are created and exacerbated by someone” from outside, “”namely Russia.””

“You are repeating this mistake today together with a CNN reporter, using dirty methods of information manipulation, such as fake news and absolutely no facts to prove your allegation. Your interview with CNN is a perfect example of barefaced propaganda,” Zakharova wrote on Facebook.

“Are you trying to play the Russian card again? You played too much, return to reality. Go out to your people and, looking into their eyes, say that they are controlled by Russians through Youtube and Facebook. And I will look at the American “exclusivity” in action, ”she added.

Earlier, Obama’s former national security adviser Susan Rice said in an interview with CNN that in the violence during the protests in the United States, one can see the influence of a “Russian training manual”. Rice did not cite any evidence or concrete facts.
