Voters in the United States have already cast more than ten million votes in the upcoming November election. This is a much better turnout than it was four years ago and is considered to indicate that turnout will be much better overall than then. This high turnout is due to the coronary virus epidemic, but many countries are now relying more on postal voting than before.

Trump harshly criticizes postal clauses

It has angered President Donald Trump, who has repeatedly argued that postal voting will lead to electoral fraud, without being able to provide convincing arguments for that statement. Democrats are likely to have been more active in voting early than Republicans.

Reuters reports that yesterday 10.4 million Americans already voted in the elections in the states where the situation is reported in the by-election ballot. At the same time in 2016, 1.4 million people had voted.

In five states, Minnesota, South Dakota, Vermont, Virginia, and Wisconsin, turnout has already reached 20 percent of total turnout in 2016.
