“Since January 18, the American side has completely disconnected all city telephone lines of the Consulate General. Interruptions in Internet access periodically occur, “one of the consulate general staff members.
He specified that the American side is referring to some technical problems, but the Russian diplomats find it hard to believe in the sincerity of these explanations.
“They allegedly cannot resolve the issue for two days. This just never happened. And we have not one, not two lines, but a large number. And it feels like everything is turned off at once, ”the diplomat explained.
Last December, the Russian Foreign Ministry accused the US State Department of starting a visa war.
