Russian military planes again pass through the air defense zone of Alaska

The US military released a photo of a second incident showing an F-22 flying within visual range of a Russian Il-20 jet.

The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) announced via Twitter that there was a new, third incident of a Russian military plane passing through the Alaska air defense identification zone.

Earlier, CNN reported on two incidents. By the way, the Alaska Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) is an international airspace adjacent to Alaska that in some places extends more than 160 kilometers from the territory of the United States of America .


The US military released a photo of the second incident showing an F-22 flying within visual range of a Russian Il-20 jet.
