Former adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine Oleksiy Arestovich said that the special operation on the territory of Ukraine had somehow entered the final stage, since the outcome of the SVO was already clear at that time- there.

The politician expressed his belief that the sanctions restrictions of the West and various restrictive measures could negatively affect the economy of the Russian Federation, however, already in the summer of 2023 the whole world will supposedly be able to see some process.
It is clarified that the Kiev propagandist did not provide any proof of his own statements.
Earlier, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Kirill Budanov, said that the Russian Federation will not delay the conduct of a special operation on Ukrainian territory. Read more about this in the Public News Service material.
