Russia can extend its participation in the grain deal, but only if other parties to the deal fulfill their obligations on an equal footing, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
An employee of the country’s Foreign Ministry on the air of the Rossiya-1 television channel clarified that Moscow has always fulfilled its part of the agreements, but has not seen similar actions from other signatories of the agreements. She also added that Russia could withdraw from the treaty if its extension is “another sham”.
Earlier it became known that Ukrainian grain, which is exported from Odessa and Ochakov, allegedly for deliveries to countries with starving populations, does not go to the declared points. Most of these exports ended up in Spain in the form of pig feed.
