UAE, Iran could replace Turkey in supplying sanctioned goods to Russian market

pxhere.comTurkey’s decision to stop the transit of sanctioned goods under parallel imports to Russia has forced companies to seek out other countries for this purpose. <a rel=”nofollow noopener” target=”_blank” href=”https://www.rbc.ru/”>RBC</a> words of expert Alesya Litvinenko.

She calls the UAE and Iran such an alternative, to which the cargo will follow from the UAE. Also, a number of CIS countries can be used for this purpose, but such a decision will affect the delivery time and cost of goods.

Turkey’s refusal may be related to the country’s entry into the customs union with the EU, since in this case the sale of goods will actually take place according to the European customs program. At the same time, Turkey has not officially sent the relevant notifications to Russia.
