Federation Council Deputy Chairman Konstantin Kosachev called for the creation of conditions for the return of Russians who left the country.

He made such a statement during a briefing at the Rossiya Segodnya site. The details were reported by RIA Novosti.

“The strategy of Russian society should be to facilitate the return to their homeland of those who at some point weakened and left their homeland,” said the Russian senator.

Kosachev asked not to make collective decisions about the citizens who left and not to put “stamps” on them. According to him, each case must be approached individually. He believes that most of those who left Russia after February 24, 2022 did not commit irreversible actions. Therefore, it is impossible to make outcasts and opponents of the state.
