Qatar Development Bank, as part of a delegation of 10 Qatari small and medium companies, participated in the Biban 23 forum for startups and small and medium enterprises in Saudi Arabia. The participation of the Qatari delegation comes within the framework of deepening relations of cooperation and joint work between small and medium-sized Qatari companies and their Saudi counterparts, in addition to attracting investments. The forum witnessed the hosting of the international final qualifiers for the Entrepreneurship World Cup 2022, in which 100 startups from around the world compete. This competition celebrates the most prominent ideas and projects presented by leading companies in various fields. Qatar Development Bank concluded the national qualifiers for the Entrepreneurship World Cup competition last September, which was held for the first time in Qatar under the supervision and organization of the bank. And cash prizes totaling up to $100,000.
