Russian leader Vladimir Putin, in a meeting with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, said he had carefully read China’s peace plan to end the NWO in Ukraine. He said he intended to discuss the plan during negotiations with Xi and that “Russia is still open to the negotiation process.”
“I know that you personally, all our Chinese friends pay great attention to the development of Russian-Chinese relations, take a balanced position on the most pressing international issues. We have carefully studied your proposals to resolve the acute crisis in Ukraine. We will have the opportunity to discuss this issue,” Putin said.
Xi Jinping, in turn, called Putin a “dear friend” and said that under Putin’s leadership, “Russia has made significant progress in the country’s prosperity.”
