German doctors came to the hospital, where Russian figure skater Roman Kostomarov is currently. According to preliminary information, he is being prepared for his release.
The athlete is being treated at the Kommunarka Hospital. Previously, the skater fell ill with a severe form of pneumonia, which resulted in two strokes, sepsis, gangrene and amputation of limbs and fingers.
According to Moskovsky Komsomolets, Kostomarov’s relatives are now awaiting the arrival of high-class German doctors. In addition, well-known Russian specialists are involved in the treatment.
It is noted that the skater appears to be on the mend. However, the doctors of the Moscow clinic are in no hurry to release him – the athlete is still weak and needs a long recovery.
