The real estate bulletin issued by the Ministry of Justice revealed the value of the 10 most expensive properties in Qatar during the first quarter of 2023.
And it came in the list of the 10 most expensive real estate: 7 real estate in Doha, two real estate in Al Rayyan, and one real estate in Al Wakrah.
The volume of real estate transactions during the first quarter of this year amounted to 4.418 billion riyals, and 947 real estate transactions were recorded in various regions of the country, as the real estate sector continues its active growth in its various investment and commercial fields.
Here is a list of the 10 most expensive properties sold in Qatar: The value of the most expensive property in the Pearl area was 260 million riyals, followed by a property in the Messila area with 203,600,000 riyals, followed by a property in the Al Sadd area with a value of 150 million riyals. In the fourth place came a property in Al Wukair with a value of 103,244,227 riyals, and in the fifth, sixth and seventh places came 3 properties in Al Sadd, with a value of 54 million riyals.
In the eighth place came a property in Riffa with a value of 38 million riyals, in the ninth place a real estate in Rawdat Qadim with a value of 37,674,900 riyals, and finally in the tenth place a property in Al Waab with a value of 37,300,000 riyals.
