The prosecutor’s office ordered the Kaliningrad administration to repair the pavements of Chapaev

The prosecutor’s office, through the court, ordered the Kaliningrad administration to repair the sidewalks on Chapaev Street. during the inspection, it was found that there are multiple defects on the pedestrian part of the road, the dimensions of which exceed the permissible parameters.

At the same time, the municipal rehabilitation program for the 2022-2024 road complex does not provide for activities on this section. This is reported by the official website of the prosecutor’s office of the Kaliningrad region.

The city attorney filed a lawsuit to impose an obligation on the city administration to eliminate the identified violations. The court met the requirements, after the entry into force of the decision, the prosecutor’s office will monitor its execution.

Earlier, The Eastern Herald in Kaliningrad reported that 5 million rubles were allocated to Kaliningrad for the repair of Tchaikovsky Street.
