In addition to the Nirvana frontman, the guitar was also used by other band members – Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl. On the instrument, you can see Cobain addressing his friend and colleague Mark Lanegan: “Hi Mark! Love you buddy Kurdt Cobain/Dirty Rock Star” as well as other legends: “Nirvanaah” and “Love Brother”.
The buyer of the instrument preferred to remain anonymous. Prior to that, according to the auction house, it belonged to a man named Tony Palmer.
