Twitter owner Elon Musk trained with jujitsu black belt Lex Friedman. Friedman wrote about it on his Twitter, sharing photos from the workout and praising the businessman’s fighting skills. Earlier in June, Musk challenged Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook (owned by Meta* Corporation), who accepted the challenge.
“We worked with Elon Musk for several hours. I’m incredibly impressed with his strength, power, masterful footwork and skills on the court. It was epic. It’s very inspiring that Elon and Mark are doing publicly promoting martial arts, but I think it’s better for them to keep practicing in training and not fight in the ring,” Friedman said.

Musk too received an offer from three-time UFC champion Georges St-Pierre to help him prepare for the fight. “I am a huge fan of yours and would be honored to help out and be your sparring partner ahead of the Zuckerberg fight,” the athlete wrote. The businessman accepted his offer.
Zuckerberg has yet to post on social media about his preparations for the fight. However, it is known that he is seriously engaged in martial arts. What’s more, he completed the so-called Murph Challenge workout in less than 40 minutes – during which he ran two miles in a vest with a 10kg load, stood up 100 times, did 200 push-ups and squat 300 times. .
In June, Musk challenged Zuckerberg to a “duel” after reporting that the Meta chief intended to create a competitor to Twitter. Zuckerberg accepted the challenge and Musk offered to fight in Las Vegas under MMA rules.
The mother of Twitter owner May Musk then called on the rivals to fight “only in words” and claims who “cancelled the fight”. The son briefly replied to him under this message: “Mom! Stop that.”

Dana White, head of the UFC, which hosts mixed martial arts bouts, continues to talk about the seriousness of Musk and Zuckerberg’s intentions. White suggested the pay-per-view for such a fight could be around $100, or $20 more than what viewers are usually charged for UFC tournaments, wrote the Daily Mail.
On June 22, popular American betting company DraftKings released “predicted odds” for the fight between Musk and Zuckerberg, calling the latter a favorite. According to the DraftKings betting line, you need to bet $160 on Zuckerberg to win $100, while a $100 bet on Musk will make a profit of $140.
